The city bills customers based upon the monthly water meter reading.  These bills are mailed by the 31st of each month.  You are allowed until the 10th of the following month to pay your bill.  On the 11th day, a 10% late charge will be added.  If a bill remains unpaid after the 20th of the following month, service will be discontinued without further notice.  The town makes an attempt to place automated phone calls prior to cut-off requesting payment.  Please use caution when personal information is requested over the phone.  Applicable re-connection fee must be paid before service is restored.  Any service that is turned off for non-payment will be turned back on with full payment on the delinquent bill plus a $50.00 reconnect fee.  However, if it is after office hours the delinquent bill plus $75.00 after hours charge applies for after hours.

If you have questions about your bill, you may call 731-696-4515, or go by the Utility Department between the hours of 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM - Monday through Friday.
