Paying Your Bill Online
Utility bills are mailed out on the next to last working day of each month. To avoid a late penalty, pay the amount due by the due date, the 10th of each month. After the due date, pay the amount due plus the late penalty. Bills are subject to disconnection without further notice if not paid 10 days after the due date.
IMPORTANT: City of Alamo Water Department is not liable if you do not call our office after making a payment online on the 20th and 21st of every month. Your services may be disconnected and will be subject to a reconnect fee. If you are disconnected, your account balance plus a reconnect fee will need to be paid in FULL before services are reconnected. If you are currently disconnected and make an online payment, your utilities WILL NOT be reconnected unless you contact our office to inform us of the payment.

If your water service is disconnected for non-payment, your bill plus a re-connection fee is required to re-instate service.
- $50.00 reconnection fee during office hours
- $75.00 reconnection fee after office hours, weekends, and holidays
Customer will not use a cut-off valve on the district's meter yoke. Damages, unless caused by the district's negligence, to the city's meter box, meter, or service unit will be paid by the customer.
